  * Calls: start, list, read, cancel; contact name and `variables` personalise the agent's script.
  * Batches of up to 1,000 calls with per-row results.
  * Outcomes: disposition, summary, answers, lead rating, callback, follow-up, meeting, transcript and recording.
  * Signed webhooks (`call.completed`, `call.not_connected`) with retries.
  * Idempotency keys, test mode, self-serve keys and webhook settings in the dashboard.
