The fastest follow-up there is: the visitor fills your enquiry form and their phone rings while they still have your page open.
Make the API call from your server, never from JavaScript in the page. A key in the browser can be copied by anyone and used to place calls on your account.
The flow
- The form posts to your own backend, as it does today.
- Your backend saves the enquiry, then calls
POST /v1/calls.
- Your thank-you page can say: “We’re calling you now on +91 98XXX XXX10.”
Examples
Good to know
- Phone numbers must be in E.164 (
+919876543210). Indian visitors usually type 10 digits; add +91 on your side.
- Calling hours still apply. An enquiry at 11 pm is called when your next window opens;
scheduled_for on the response tells you when.
- Duplicates. A visitor who submits twice gets one call: the second request returns
409 call_already_queued while the first is waiting, and the per-number limits apply after that.
- Consent. Say on the form that you will call, for example “Submit and we’ll call you right away.”
